Admittedly, data loss happens from time to time, with no exception for iPhone 11 or 11 Pro. If you have a factory reset the device, there is no chance to recover from iPhone itself directly. What you can do is using an alternative like the mentioned one, Joyoshare iPhone data recovery, to restore data from iTunes or iCloud backups. Furtherly, if you don’t mind data overwrite by the backup file, you can directly restore with iTunes or iCloud.
